The project lies between downtown and the airport. Especially because it is built into the site context with limited access to the street, there is a need to make this building iconic and visible to potential users. However, the iconic use is not only limited to the visual presence but foremost to the use of the building. The strategy for this project introduces two strong public spatial elements: 1. the accessible roof, which connects the individual towers and 2. the shopping complex at the podium level, which introduces a courtyards and topographical roofscape.
