As Beijing's planning regulations are very strict in relation to sun exposure and shadow casting, an urban planning proposal for residential usually ends up as a monotonous grid. As wealth and need for individuality of the citizen grow, there is a higher need for non-conform planning strategies. The design proposal aims to introduce more localized cluster, which react to the context in a unique way in terms of density, landscape, ciculation and section.
