Located in Dongguan, the project combines a warehouse for construction steel with offices, sales, entertainment facilities and guest rooms. As it is located at the entrance to an industrial park, the design uses its pristine location to create an iconic entrance to the compound. As the site is only leased for 20 years, the design was investigating the potential of a 100% recycleable building by using the traded construction steel as the base construction material for the entire project.
