The headoffice of a steel trading company was designed to create a clear separation between the working and the public spaces. Public areas are designed to maximize their usage by introduction of 'smart walls', which can expand or enclose those areas according to their need of function. The entire office is separated into two main parts: a mixed public area, which connects the lobby through the meeting zone with the director's office and a general working area.
