FXC

Located within a warehouse complex for steel traders, FXC creates a showcase building for a steel trading company, using an elevated meeting room as a connector between the office and sales area on the ground floor and the temporary living quarters on the first floor. The meeting room with its tall window acts as an advertising window for the company. The building employs a innovative way of cement finish by mixing graphite pebbles into the cement, it overcomes the errors in craftsmanship and adds a glitter effect on it, when illuminated.
