CB3 is a mixed-use development in the center of a dense low scale district of Hanoi. The design is translating the traditional understanding of the city fabric with courtyards and intimate scales into a contemporary development. The podium of the development is a semi-open and engaging commercial arcade that invites the public into a light-filled court yard surrounded by luxury boutiques and F&B. The sky concourse offer visitors panoramic vistas of Hanoi, while hosting recreation club facilities such as fine dining and sky lounge.
